The 83rd Academy Awards, presented by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS) will honor the best films of 2010. The ceremony is scheduled for February 27, 2011, at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood, California. During the ceremony, the Academy will present its Annual Academy Awards (commonly known as the Oscars) in the 24 competition categories.
The ceremony will be televised in the United States on ABC. Actors James Franco and Anne Hathaway will be co-hosted of the ceremony, the first time for everyone.
